About Dr. Emily

I graduated from Bastyr University with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine.  I additionally have Reiki Master, 200 hr yoga instructor, and Sound healing certifications.   My additional trainings include;  stress resiliency training utilizing Biofeedback therapy, Craniosacral therapy, Visceral manipulation, Yuen Energetics, Enlightened Way of Being, NLP, and Hypnotherapy.

I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients over the past several years in a variety of ways including wellness coaching, mental health counseling, naturopathic consulting, and group workshops. My clinical experiences include inpatient psychiatric hospital, university clinic, community clinic, integrative medical clinic, outpatient groups, and group practice specifically working couples, military members, children, and families.

My unique experiences have allowed me to gain so many wonderful insights into holistic health and wellness.  I enjoy supporting my clients by working collaboratively and guiding them towards a more balanced and better quality life.  My approach is acting as a guide for clients to become more connected to themselves through compassionate curiosity, unconditional love, spontaneous joy, and peaceful empowerment.  Learning to trust themselves and their own inner wisdom to bring about lasting change that is in alignment with their truest selves and in devotion to divine guidance.

I am a natural intuitive reader and spend a lot of time with the spiritualist and  energetic healing community members developing my connection to divine.  I enjoy reading about various philosophies and healing practices throughout different cultures.  I love spending time with my fur babies, trail running, ecstatic dancing, creating, adventuring, conscious living practices, and trying out new sustainable brands.  ​​​
