Preciousness of the World

There is a light that fills my heart and the spaces all around me.

An excited, loving energy that opens when I recognize the preciousness of the moments I am sharing.

With the sun.. refracting through a carefully placed crystal, creating rainbows that feel like small reminders of the unseen.

With my loved ones.. witnessing their laughter, their smiles, the way joy moves naturally when you're present.

With the trees.. standing nearby, whispering inspiration in ways that can only be heard when I am willing to listen.

There is something sacred in choosing to be with an experience rather than rushing past it.

To be with the experience of how an animal lives.. and how its existence may one day provide nourishment.

To be with the experience of seeing deeply into the soul of another living creature.. and recognizing how interconnected we are.

To be with the experience of sensing the energy that has gone into the objects I use.. the hands, intentions, and resources that made them possible.

The world is precious.

In every moment, we are given an opportunity to recognize.. through intentionality and gratitude.. what life is supplying us.

Not just for survival, but to help us bloom.

And when we bloom, we naturally share our fruits.. contributing to harmony within ourselves, and harmony with ALL!

This is a quiet responsibility, and also a gift.

To not forget.

To not take for granted what we are being given.

To treat each moment, each interaction, each resource as the precious offering that it is.

Cherish it.

Honor it.

Live in conscious connection with it.
